This beautiful state park is the perfect place to spend the day. There is so much to do while you are at the park go golfing, fishing, boating, OVH riding, and hiking. The after that stop in at the Lakeside Grill and enjoy a bite to eat.
When you go golfing at the park there are 18 holes that stretch over 6360 yards. The play is a little longer because par 5s play uphill. This is a fun course for even the most advanced player because of the difficulties located around the greens. One of the hardest parts of the course is hole number 4. It is 179-yard par 3 and has an elevation that drops 70 feet which requires the golfers to carry the ball over the canyon. If a ball is hit to long it will hit the mountain behind the green and ricochet. On the other side of this, a ball that is hit short will go to rest onto the canyon below.
